How it works
2-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to RestOrganic pillows for 2 years from the original date of purchase. If your pillow has a defect in materials or workmanship and meets the criteria in this warranty, RestOrganic will, at its discretion, repair or replace the pillow at no charge.
This warranty applies to the pillow only. It does not extend to pillowcases, removable covers, or other bedding accessories unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
For customers in Australia:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Who is covered
This warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product, meaning the person or entity who purchased the pillow directly from RestOrganic or from an authorised RestOrganic retailer or distributor. It is not transferable to later owners.
How to make a claim
To make a warranty claim, contact support@restorganic.com and provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The original purchase date
- A description of the issue
- Photos or other evidence reasonably requested by RestOrganic
If needed, RestOrganic may ask you to return the product, or provide other reasonable proof of defect, before approving a replacement. Return or disposal instructions will be provided once the claim has been reviewed.
If a valid defect claim is approved, RestOrganic will repair or replace the pillow. Any replacement pillow continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period, starting from the original purchase date.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and proper care.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, settling, cosmetic changes, or ordinary loss of performance from regular use over time
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, improper storage, accidents, burns, cuts, tears, stains, water exposure, or failure to keep the pillow in a clean and hygienic condition
- Mold, mildew, odours, discoloration, or deterioration caused by improper care, liquid exposure, poor ventilation, or unsuitable storage conditions, including prolonged exposure to high-humidity environments
- Personal comfort preferences, including whether the pillow feels too soft, too firm, too high, too low, too warm, or otherwise unsuitable for your personal sleeping preference. Comfort-based concerns may instead fall within RestOrganic’s applicable trial / returns policy, if eligible
- Natural latex scent / “latex smell”, including any perception that the pillow has a latex or natural material odour, where this does not arise from a verified manufacturing defect. Because scent perception is inherently subjective and natural latex may have a mild natural aroma, this is not covered under this warranty
- Damage resulting from unauthorised alterations, modifications, or repairs
- Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers
Service area / transport
RestOrganic services warranty claims across Australia, Canada and the United States. If the product is located outside these regions, you may be responsible for any additional shipping, transport, customs, duties, or related costs associated with the claim, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestOrganic’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. RestOrganic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the pillow, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Disputes
Any dispute relating to this warranty will be handled in accordance with RestOrganic’s Terms of Service, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
