We want you to sleep easy with your purchase — that’s why we offer a 100-night trial on all orders.
100-Night Trial, Risk-Free
Take your time to decide. If you're not completely happy, you have 100 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange. We allow up to 3 items to be returned per household.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we're so sorry!
Please email us immediately so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue.
What Can’t Be Returned?
We’re happy to accept returns on most items, but a few exceptions apply:

Pillow covers, pillow protectors and pillowcases

Need to Exchange Something?
No problem! Just email support@restorganic.com
Once your item arrives back to us and is approved, we’ll ship your replacement item free of charge. You can exchange up to 3 items per order/household. Please note exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.Â
When Will I Get My Refund?
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
